The annual Roosevelt Sports Fundraiser is scheduled for March 4, 2017. It is the biggest fundraiser of the year and in order to achieve our procurement goal we are asking Booster Team Reps to reach out to every family to help with procuring or donating at least one item for the event. We are making progress towards our goal, but to make the evening lively and shift some of the fundraising focus away from the all-important ‘Paddle Raise’ and team gift baskets, we need some great stuff to generate competition on the auction floor.
Attached is the 2017 RAB Procurement Form for prospective donors. It provides all of the key contact, deadline, tax, and donation information and other pertinent information. We strive to make things easy for the donors, including pick up of items that cannot be easily mailed.
